How does Jolloyard work?
Customers browse and book services from independent providers on the platform. Once a booking is confirmed and the service is completed, payment is released to the provider. Jolloyard handles the connection, booking management, and secure payment processing end-to-end.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Flutterwave, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Jolloyard does not store your full card or bank account details on our servers.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds may be issued depending on the Provider's cancellation policy and the outcome of a dispute review. If a Provider fails to deliver a confirmed service, contact us at support@jolloyard.com within 48 hours and we will investigate.
How do I become a Provider on Jolloyard?
Register an account and complete our Provider verification process, which includes identity verification and any required documentation. Once approved, you can create your service listings and start accepting bookings.
What fees does Jolloyard charge?
A service fee is added to bookings at checkout and disclosed before payment confirmation. Providers also pay a commission on completed transactions. Fee details are available in your account dashboard.
How do I report a dispute?
Email disputes@jolloyard.com with the subject line 'Dispute — [Booking Reference]' within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Include a description of the issue and any supporting evidence. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.
What is the minimum age to use Jolloyard?
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Jolloyard's services.
